The Energy of a Flying Object Necessary for Damaging the Vehicle Windscreen

The theoretical part of the thesis entitled "The Required Energy of a Flying Object to Damage a Windscreen" covers the historical development of glass as a raw material and its further use as a key material for the automotive industry. In the following chapters, the thesis provides an analysis of a windscreen in general including the material composition of various windscreen manufacturers, the distribution according to the accessories used in the windscreens, and the various options of placing a windscreen in a car bodywork. The homologation of a windscreen and the procedure for replacing or repairing a windscreen after a damage is also covered. Lastly, the experimental part of the thesis describes the process of testing the required energy of a flying object to damage a windscreen.

Analysis of Documentation of Real Damage to Vehicles in Road Accidents

This diploma thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of the photographic documentation of vehicle damage in traffic accidents. A systematic overview of the current documentation and included inspection is carried out in the analysis. Police records are compared with records made during the crash tests. Further, the documentation in this thesis is divided into two groups of conflicts. The representative of the accidents are described in detail and then evaluated. Similarly, this procedure is practiced on other car accident that reflect the mutual deformation. The result of this thesis is to determine the optimal location of the lens for the acquisition of documentation and establishing a baseline number of photos to document damage to the vehicle after the traffic accident.

Kristýna Plevová Title of the bachelor thesis: Prevention of damage of the posterior tigh muscles in active football players Abstract: This bachelor thesis deals with prevention of damage of the posterior tigh muscles in active football players, also known as hamstrings. The aim of this thesis is to create a training unit to stretch and strengthen posterior thigh muscles. Furthermore, to create information brochure about before and after training preparations. This thesis is both theoretical and practical. Theoretical part deals with football, skeletal muscle anatomy and detailed anatomy of posterior thigh muscles, risk factors leading to injuries, injuries of posterior thigh muscles, it's treatment and therapy. A considerable portion of this thesis is focused on return to training process, prevention of the injury, regeneration and compensation exercises. Eight probands of AC Sparta Praha took part in the practical part. They were randomly divided into experimental group, which did the chosen exercises and control group, which only received information brochure but did not participate in the exercises. Case studies quantifying property damage through no fault of the carrier after a car accident

The injured party is entitled to compensation for the overall financial damage which has been caused due to accidental traffic accident. Škoda presents any loss of property. This is not only true for the damage (the amount by which the value of assets decreased), but also lost profits. The injured party must realize all the damage and property losses to him in a traffic accident occurred and must be quantified and demonstrated. These damages are liquidated liability insurance of motor vehicles participant who caused the accident. In most cases, the injured party seeks, and consequently they are satisfied only with compensation for damage to the vehicle, where appropriate, the costs of recovering and towing the vehicle to the nearest workshop. Further compensation, arising from accidental traffic accident has damaged usually required, although these damages are often many times higher. For a complete liquidation of such damages no unified methodology and for this reason there is a problem situations in their quantification. Problem situations that may occur in the quantification of property damage carriers are addressed in the paper by illustrative case studies and presents a complete procedure for quantifying the overall carrier of property damage that may occur as a result of total damage to the trailer and damage to cargo carried.

Assessment of damage caused by selected species of game in agricultural crop in region Telčsko.

Damage caused by wild boar (Sus scrofa) are long-term challenge facing the farming practice in the Czech Republic. There are several methods for detection of damage, which are more or less suitable for practical use. Focus of this work was to assess the damage deer by the most appropriate methods in the area of interest during one season. In the literature review are analyzed the used methods for game damage assessment in the CR and neighboring countries. Comparisons in seasons in this context include economically quantified losses of individual farmers, in selected agricultural crops.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the question of consumer protection, specifically with the regulation of liability for product defects, eventually with liability for damage caused by the product defect. The reader will learn especially how to act when a product defect appears, then in what term he has to apply his rights or by whom and under which conditions. This topic is made clear not only by using quotations of the law but also by showing on examples and experiences. The list of most common fraud practices of sellers is also mentioned. In this thesis, you can also find some information about consumer organizations -- what is their goal or how to contact them. At the end I analyzed how well the consumers know their rights. I created a form where people could choose from more answers the right one. In my survey took part more than one hundred people.
